Welcome to Cambridge Springs!

Cambridge Springs is a French Creek Community in Crawford County, Pennsylvania.  We offer a safe, attractive and friendly environment with emhasis on the preservation of our history and natural resources, while moving forward with progress and responsible growth. Cambridge Springs is a family friendly community, part of the Penncrest School District with Pre-K through 12 education within the Borough.  The Cambridge Spring Public Library offers a wide variety of programming for both children and adults throughout the year. People of all ages will discover a wide range of activities with annual summer festivals along with boating and kayacking on French Creek. Affordable housing and local services make Cambridge Springs a wonderful place to call home.  A local police force and volunteer fire department ensure the safety and security for all of our citizens. Cambridge Springs has a rich and vibrant history beginning with the town’s first settler, Job Van Court in 1801.  The history of Cambridge Springs is detailed in the Images of America series “Around Cambridge Springs” by Sharon Smith Crisman and the Cambridge Springs Heritage Society. The Cambridge Springs Museum and History Center is located at 26 Federal St., Cambridge Springs and is open for visits and research on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
